of 1939: The Friends group is gathering a library of historic photos to assist in restoration of the Carriage House. Very early photos, from the 19th Century have been very difficult to find, and those we've found so far don't show much of the details of the building. If you have any photos (from any historic period) we'd love to see them. Please contact us at info@laddcarriagehouse.org so that we can arrange to obtain scanned copies. Most of the photos that the Friends have acquired are owned by others and are not available for us to post on this site. Some historic photos that provide good information on the original appearance of the Carriage House are shown in the presentation materials provided by Carlton Hart and Opus Northwest on their concept for rehabilitation of the Carriage House.
